Lead day-to-day operations of the Fine Arts Association, overseeing finance, staff leadership, program delivery, and fundraising. Build systems, drive accountability, manage budgets and endowment compliance, cultivate donors and community relations, and work closely with the Board to execute strategic priorities while developing and retaining a mission-focused team.
