Leads FRN’s organization-wide fundraising and development strategy, including major gifts, planned giving, corporate partnerships, foundation support, sponsorships, campaigns, events, donor relations, and development operations. Oversees donor pipeline growth, database administration, reporting, compliance, and stewardship while partnering with the CEO, Board, and executive leadership. Serves as a visible ambassador who cultivates high-value relationships and advances philanthropic opportunities supporting individuals and families across New Jersey.
