Lead Ophthalmic Scribe assists physicians during eye exams, performs diagnostic tests and imaging, documents physician findings, maintains patient records and equipment, supports procedures and patient education, and coordinates with clinical staff while providing supervisory oversight.

Document and summarize physician verbalizations during ophthalmic exams, assist during exams, manage patient communication and flow, complete billing/check-out tasks as directed, and become fluent in exam requirements and charting.
