Manages customer accounts receivable by monitoring payments, following up on overdue invoices, correcting billing discrepancies, issuing statements, recording payments and adjustments, and resolving documentation or account issues. Coordinates with customers, agents, billing teams, and collection agencies to facilitate timely payment. Reviews account reports, establishes payment arrangements, and supports recurring account reviews. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, mathematical ability, accuracy, and Excel proficiency.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting, cold calling, inbound lead follow-up, and transportation-needs discovery. Schedule meetings with qualified prospects and senior sales leaders, track activity in Salesforce, refine outreach strategies with the company president, and build sales and transportation-industry knowledge. The role includes training, mentorship, uncapped commissions, and an advancement path into business development.

Deliver virtual and on-site training for agent partners, employees, and drivers; maintain and improve training programs and materials; support and troubleshoot systems; produce training and promotional video/written content; perform system demonstrations; conduct partner check-ins and travel periodically for onboarding and training needs.
