The HR Generalist manages employee engagement programs, onboarding, performance management, and training while promoting a positive workplace culture.

Deliver virtual and on-site training for agent partners, employees, and drivers; maintain and improve training programs and materials; support and troubleshoot systems; produce training and promotional video/written content; perform system demonstrations; conduct partner check-ins and travel periodically for onboarding and training needs.

Manage employee recognition and engagement programs, coordinate onboarding and training, support performance management and succession planning, assist with employee relations and investigations, handle communications and HR metrics, and provide administrative HR support including merit processing and survey administration.
