Deliver virtual and on-site training for agent partners, employees, and drivers; maintain and improve training programs and materials; support and troubleshoot systems; produce training and promotional video/written content; perform system demonstrations; conduct partner check-ins and travel periodically for onboarding and training needs.

The Sales Development Representative will drive new business through outbound calling, qualify leads, and present transportation services while achieving performance goals.

Completes employment and driving-experience verifications during driver onboarding. Manages requests through phone, email, fax, and third-party providers; contacts previous employers and agents; updates driver qualification records and Clearinghouse data; scans documentation into Driver360; submits records for review; and assists with training. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and the ability to identify missing or conflicting information.
