Teams at The Escape Game

Leads the Quality Control and Support team for interactive game-show locations. Responsibilities include hiring and developing staff, inspecting installations, supporting store launches, troubleshooting lighting, sensors, PCs, AV, and POS systems, managing support tickets, traveling regularly to new locations, handling on-call issues, and creating repeatable processes that improve studio quality and reliability.

Supports project managers and technical installation teams with scheduling, resource planning, travel logistics, documentation, budgeting, inventory, quality control, and reporting. Assists with technical plans, wiring sheets, architectural plan reviews, site documentation, controls engineering support, and project materials. The role includes occasional travel, on-call responsibilities, physical installation support, and coordination of department administrative and financial processes.
