Teams at The Ensworth School

Ensworth seeks substitute teachers and receptionists for Lower, Middle, and High School. Substitutes follow provided lesson plans, manage classrooms of ~16-18 students, submit attendance, maintain professional dress and behavior expectations, and perform additional duties as assigned. Applicants should submit a resume and cover letter.

Supervise and engage students ages 5–13 in indoor and outdoor recreational activities, assist with snacks and homework, maintain a safe environment, attend staff meetings and trainings, help with all-day camps, and follow school policies and conduct.

Perform daily turf and grounds maintenance for athletic fields, including mowing, topdressing, aerification, verticutting, field layout/painting, irrigation diagnosis/repair, event field setups, snow removal, trash/blowing, and equipment operation. Follow safety, school policies, and report field conditions to Head of Grounds.
