Manage law firm operations including personnel, payroll, time off, and onboarding Of Counsel attorneys; provide client-facing support, calendar and expense management; develop process improvements and KPIs to increase firm efficiency.

Represent clients in FCRA and FDCPA litigation and debt-defense matters. Draft and file complaints and discovery, attend hearings, negotiate resolutions, manage client communications, advise on corporate compliance, and collaborate with marketing and legal teams to identify and refer claims.
