Teams at The Edge Fitness Clubs

Greet and support members, deliver outstanding guest service, handle POS transactions and cash accountability, sell memberships via tours, improve member experience, and meet sales and retention goals.

Welcomes and assists gym members, answers membership questions, and delivers a friendly, energetic front desk experience. Supports sales goals by connecting members with fitness programs, retail products, and club amenities. Partners with Facilities to keep the club clean, functional, and ready for members. Requires customer service, product knowledge, results orientation, flexibility, and enthusiasm for fitness.

Supervise and engage children ages 12 weeks–12 years with high-energy, age-appropriate activities in a health-club childcare program. Provide excellent member service, maintain clean and safe rooms, follow policies, support staff, and occasionally travel locally for meetings. Part-time role with varied hours, evenings and weekends required.
