Provide administrative support for clubs in CT and MI: process and ensure compliance of membership and personal training paperwork, report discrepancies, liaise with billing and customer service, manage member information, maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines, and perform office duties using Word and Excel.

Greet and assist members, deliver excellent customer service, conduct membership tours and sales, handle POS transactions and cash, promote products/services, support member retention, and work flexible hours to meet club needs.

Greet and assist gym members and prospects, handle POS sales and cash accountability, give club tours, promote products/services, support member retention, and meet sales goals while maintaining a positive team culture.
