Teams at The Dream Program

AmeriCorps members recruit, train, and support volunteer mentors while improving organizational workflows, software systems, and program operations. They collaborate with youth services staff, support individualized mentoring, maintain documentation and compliance, attend mentoring sessions, and build relationships with mentors and mentees. The role involves regular local travel, occasional interregional travel, outdoor youth programming, and active participation in DREAM’s service mission.
