Teams at The Doe Fund

Manage a caseload of clients in the RWA program, coordinate referrals to mental health, substance recovery, benefits, and primary care, maintain case documentation, facilitate groups, provide crisis intervention, liaise with DHS and other agencies, and support client goal-setting toward employment, housing, and program completion.

Supervise client movement and meals, manage admissions supplies and OMNY card distribution, inspect and maintain facility and trainee rooms, coordinate rubbish/snow removal, train cleaning/laundry crews, document incidents, and request necessary supplies. Provide supportive services to residents of a transitional housing program.

Provide intensive case management for formerly incarcerated and high-need clients: create and monitor Independent Living/Service Plans, coordinate referrals (mental health, substance recovery, benefits, primary care), document progress in databases, facilitate groups, perform crisis intervention, liaise with DHS and partners, assist management with reports and team support to meet program employment, housing, and retention goals.
