Work in the community to build interfaith coalitions, conduct one-on-one outreach, recruit congregations, develop grassroots leaders, organize large direct actions, run trainings, and coordinate fundraising.

Organize and build relationships within faith-based communities to develop local leaders, conduct research into community problems, recruit congregations, run trainings, coordinate fundraising, and lead mass actions to hold decision-makers accountable.

Direct and grow RISC: hire and supervise staff, train grassroots faith leaders, lead community research and large public campaigns, coordinate local fundraising drives, manage finances, and set strategic direction with the Board.
