The Diabetes Link is a national nonprofit dedicated to helping young adults living with all types of diabetes navigate transitions into independence. It provides peer community, campus chapters, and resources developed with young adults, serving students and young adults online and in person. Its mission centers on access to peer support, meaningful connections, and expert resources that enable people to thrive.
