Administer Windows and Linux servers, identity systems, endpoints, networks, cloud productivity platforms, backups, and foundational security controls. Manage patching, configurations, access, compliance, troubleshooting, documentation, and system health. Coordinate vendors, support infrastructure projects, test restorations, and improve reliability, security, and efficiency. The role requires independent ownership across a broad IT environment and occasional after-hours maintenance.
