Supports daily headquarters operations by managing front-desk communications, greeting visitors, processing mail, tracking inventory, ordering supplies, coordinating onboarding logistics, and assisting with shipping, facilities, and events. The role also monitors the general email inbox, supports office organization across Madison and Milwaukee locations, and completes administrative projects. Occasional work outside normal hours, including canvassing and election preparation, may be required.

Manages tactical field operations for a regional political campaign, supporting Field Organizers, coordinating canvasses and voter-contact events, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining office infrastructure. Recruits and develops volunteer leaders through Neighborhood Action Teams, coaches staff, implements digital and relational organizing, and ensures voter-contact goals are achieved. Requires frequent regional travel, flexible hours, and hands-on participation in canvassing and election preparation.
