Uses financial data and KPIs to identify opportunities, manage risks, improve fundraising ROI, and build a high-performance leadership culture. Requires extensive travel throughout the region to engage volunteers, supporters, boards, and community partners.

Leads chapter growth, fundraising, volunteer and board engagement, community partnerships, communications, events, staff management, budgeting, and operational planning. Cultivates individual, corporate, and foundation donors; oversees campaigns and revenue targets; coordinates marketing and media relationships; supervises hiring, development, and retention; and manages chapter financial performance, reporting, and analytics. The hybrid role requires travel throughout the market area to meet constituents, volunteers, and supporters.

Leads the San Diego and Desert Area Chapter through fundraising, major gift development, foundation and corporate partnerships, special events, volunteer engagement, communications, staff supervision, budgeting, and operational planning. Builds community relationships, recruits and guides volunteers, coordinates regional and national collaboration, manages donor cultivation and stewardship, and drives chapter revenue and awareness goals.
