Provides overnight nursing care for senior residents in assisted living and memory care. Responsibilities include medication administration, resident assessments, direct ADL support, emergency response, documentation, medication audits, staff coordination, family and physician communication, and training care staff. The role requires an active LPN/LVN license, BLS/CPR certification, and experience in assisted living or long-term care.

Plans and delivers daily activities, parties, and special events for assisted living and memory care residents. Creates activity calendars and newsletters, manages the departmental budget, evaluates participation and program quality, communicates schedule changes, and engages residents and families to assess satisfaction. The role also requires Alzheimer’s-related continuing education, participation in manager-on-duty rotation, and occasional evening and weekend availability.

Plan and run engaging activities for senior residents, encourage participation onsite and offsite, prepare supplies, assist with calendars/newsletters/social media, coordinate vendors/entertainers, support emergency response, and provide courteous resident and family assistance.
