Manage institutional fundraising and grant lifecycle: identify prospects, write proposals and reports, maintain grants pipeline in donor software, coordinate with staff and leadership, steward donors, and support event fundraising.

Manage scheduling, coordination, and execution of events across a multi-space campus; oversee Welcome Center operations and a small team; handle venue sales, contracts, budgeting, vendor coordination, and client experience to drive utilization and earned revenue.

Provide high-level administrative and board support to the CEO: manage calendar and travel, handle correspondence, prepare meeting materials and minutes, maintain confidential records, and coordinate Board logistics and communications.
