Provide on-site, part-time hands-on instruction and oversight of physical exam, clinical, palpatory, and osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMM) skills for medical students. Facilitate small-group labs, demonstrate techniques, observe and give formative feedback, ensure safety and standardization, assist with lab logistics, document attendance and professionalism, and mentor students in osteopathic principles and clinical reasoning.

Support and monitor research compliance and IRB operations, conduct audits and reviews, write findings and corrective actions, develop and deliver human subjects protections training and educational materials, partner with academic units to ensure adherence to federal regulations and institutional policies.

Lead university-wide operations, oversee operational calendars and implementation tracking, manage risk/compliance and business continuity, administer policy/procedure processes, run operational effectiveness reviews, perform operational and financial analyses, lead cross-functional projects, and hire/supervise a team to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
