Coordinates student advising operations, including advising data management, academic progress tracking, course scheduling, enrollment processes, reporting, system audits, and data accuracy. Collaborates with academic departments and student support teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain schedules, support enrollment activities, and help students remain on track toward graduation.

Leads the Radiology section for an osteopathic medical school, overseeing curriculum development, teaching, assessment, faculty recruitment and mentoring, clinical partnerships, student success, research, accreditation compliance, and community engagement. The role also encourages clinical practice and participation in institutional committees and professional organizations.

Analyzes student support and academic data to identify trends, barriers, and intervention opportunities. Develops dashboards, KPIs, workflows, documentation, and reporting processes that improve advising operations, student persistence, retention, and degree completion. Partners with cross-functional academic and student support teams to translate operational needs into technology requirements, process improvements, and actionable insights.
