Provide high-level administrative and confidential support to the VP, Administration and HR team, including scheduling, travel, document management, budgeting and Amex expense reconciliation. Assist with full-cycle HR tasks (recruitment, onboarding, terminations, open enrollment, payroll inquiries), maintain HR files, support audits and special projects, manage staff training and mentorship, and train employees on Lattice performance management.

The Grants Associate coordinates grant administration and finance operations, serving as a liaison for program staff, applicants, and grantees, managing payment processing, ensuring data integrity in Salesforce, and supporting financial reporting and compliance.

Manage a portfolio of grants to advance health equity: source and shape proposals, steward grantees, conduct landscape analyses, synthesize evidence, develop program strategy, produce dissemination materials, represent the Fund externally, and support operational grant management and team coordination.
