Support institutional fundraising through grant reporting, deliverables tracking, grant writing, investor engagement planning, budget compliance, data collection, and cross-department collaboration. Manage project and CRM systems, prepare materials for leadership, and help streamline processes to strengthen institutional giving.

Support collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of education and workforce data. Conduct descriptive and applied statistical analyses, build visualizations and dashboards, communicate findings to stakeholders, and collaborate across teams to inform decisions and improve student outcomes.

Lead research and evaluation agenda to produce rigorous quantitative and mixed-methods evidence informing Commit's Dallas County and statewide education work. Manage a research team, partner with external evaluators and institutions, ensure methodological rigor, translate findings for policymakers and funders, and maintain compliance with student privacy and ERC requirements.
