Support EC-12 team and school districts by analyzing education data, building dashboards and reports, managing projects, and translating findings into actionable insights to improve instructional systems and student outcomes.

Support collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of education and workforce data. Conduct descriptive and applied statistical analyses, build visualizations and dashboards, communicate findings to stakeholders, and collaborate across teams to inform decisions and improve student outcomes.

Manage day-to-day workplace operations, facilities, vendor relationships, procurement, and operational systems. Administer and improve the service management platform (Freshservice), maintain SOPs and knowledge base, coordinate events and onboarding/offboarding logistics, and lead operations projects to enhance employee experience and organizational efficiency.

Support institutional fundraising through grant reporting, deliverables tracking, grant writing, investor engagement planning, budget compliance, data collection, and cross-department collaboration. Manage project and CRM systems, prepare materials for leadership, and help streamline processes to strengthen institutional giving.
