Handles customer inquiries, quotation requests, purchase orders, order entry, acknowledgments, quote follow-up, billing claims, and quality-related customer claims. The role coordinates with sales managers, supply chain, engineering, and quality teams; resolves discrepancies; maintains customer communication; and supports company sales procedures and goals. Some travel may be required.

Manages and grows a commercial sales territory by retaining existing accounts, developing new business, increasing market share, and improving profitability. Responsibilities include account coordination, prospecting, customer presentations, pricing, quotations, order coordination, complaint resolution, CRM reporting, account planning, and sales strategy development. The role requires collaboration with internal departments, mentoring sales personnel, and up to 75% overnight travel throughout the Midwest.

Manages customer accounts, develops new and dormant business, qualifies leads, coordinates with outside sales and internal teams, responds to customer inquiries, resolves discrepancies, documents activity in CRM, and provides product and market feedback. The role requires knowledge of materials, equipment capabilities, pricing, competition, and supply chain dynamics, with occasional local travel to customers or trade shows.
