Supports seasonal recruiting, candidate communication, interviews, hiring events, onboarding, training registration, employee records, scheduling, and administrative operations. Partners with Human Resources, Payroll, and operations leaders to meet staffing goals, maintain accurate documentation, answer employee questions, and provide positive guest and team support. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, adaptability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and related systems.
