Senior HR Business Partner provides full-spectrum HR services across multiple departments: employee relations, leave and workers' compensation administration, multi-state compliance, manager coaching, people analytics, organizational design, change management, SOP development, and HR technology administration (HRIS/ATS/Paycom/Workable). Acts as day-to-day advisor to managers, leads automation initiatives, and supports senior leadership with data-driven HR strategy.

Provide advanced onsite Level II/III support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, conferencing systems, and enterprise applications. Administer Microsoft 365/Azure services, Intune device management, and macOS/Windows endpoints. Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, authentication, and security issues; document incidents in Zendesk; support deployments, migrations, and collaborate with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams.

Travel to Florida multifamily communities to stabilize underperforming sites: execute stabilization plans, drive leasing and collections, fill on-site roles as needed, enforce systems and processes, correct execution breakdowns, and meet occupancy, delinquency, and rate targets while maintaining resident service standards.
