The role also serves as an Entrata subject-matter expert and drives process improvements through automation and AI.

Manages multifamily property improvement initiatives across Florida communities. Assesses operational challenges, develops action plans, leads and restructures on-site teams, oversees daily compliance and performance, manages budgets and financial reporting, and improves resident relations. Requires extensive travel and extended on-site stays at assigned properties.

Coordinates day-to-day marketing execution for apartment communities and corporate initiatives. Manages project requests, calendars, assets, website updates, SEO and digital listings. Creates and adapts marketing materials, supports campaigns and events, coordinates vendors, audits online content, and communicates project status. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, writing, collaboration, and the ability to manage creative and administrative responsibilities independently.
