Sets up and breaks down banquet rooms for weddings, meetings, and special events. Arranges tables, chairs, linens, decor, staging, podiums, and audiovisual equipment according to specifications. Maintains cleanliness and organization, assists with minor cleaning, safely moves heavy items, and responds to last-minute requests. Requires teamwork, attention to detail, flexibility, and availability for varied shifts, weekends, and holidays. Prior banquet or event setup experience is preferred but not required.
