Leads CHSofNJ’s technology infrastructure, data systems, reporting, cybersecurity, vendor relationships, EHR administration, and data governance. Oversees technology projects, dashboards, compliance reporting, responsible AI adoption, and system improvements. Supervises IT staff, manages external providers, strengthens data quality and organizational performance, and advises the COO on technology strategy, security, reporting, and operational effectiveness.

Leads the organization’s human resources function, including workforce strategy, talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, payroll, HR vendors, employee engagement, and workforce development. Advises executive leadership, supervises HR staff, manages investigations and union matters, ensures regulatory compliance, and modernizes HR systems and processes.
