Supports nonprofit fundraising, gala planning, grant prospect research, donor and vendor engagement, social media, newsletters, blog content, community outreach, volunteer coordination, and administrative recordkeeping. The intern helps organize event materials, track donations and commitments, prepare marketing communications, and maintain grant language and development records while supporting programs serving children and families.

Leads individual giving strategy, including annual and mid-level fundraising, donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Manages donor and prospect portfolios, develops fundraising communications and work plans, tracks results, coordinates acknowledgments and donor events, and supports movement toward major and planned gifts. Collaborates with development, marketing, leadership, volunteers, and community partners while overseeing administrative infrastructure and supervising staff.
