Leads individual giving strategy, including annual and mid-level fundraising, donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Manages donor and prospect portfolios, develops fundraising communications and work plans, tracks results, coordinates acknowledgments and donor events, and supports movement toward major and planned gifts. Collaborates with development, marketing, leadership, volunteers, and community partners while overseeing administrative infrastructure and supervising staff.

Provide early intervention developmental services for children birth to age 3, including evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, documentation, consultation, follow-up, discharge planning, family communication, and collaboration with therapists. Schedule and deliver services in-home, maintain timely electronic records, follow safety and HIPAA policies, participate in meetings and continuing education, and support student clinical education as needed.
