Teams at The Children’s Guild, Inc.

Leads the organization’s fundraising and grants function, developing annual giving and long-term fundraising strategies, managing donor and foundation pipelines, overseeing grant operations, supervising the Grants Writer, and achieving contributed revenue goals. Builds corporate, individual, community, and foundation relationships; leads donor stewardship, major gifts, campaigns, events, and civic engagement; analyzes fundraising data; and collaborates with executive and program leadership on philanthropic initiatives.

Serves as the school’s primary front-office contact, greeting visitors, families, staff, and students. Provides clerical and administrative support, answers phones, manages correspondence, maintains records and reports, and helps maintain a safe, organized, welcoming school environment.
