Leads the organization’s HR function across strategy, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, engagement, compensation, benefits, payroll, compliance, learning, and HR operations. Partners with executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, risk management, and culture. Oversees HR systems, policies, reporting, training, investigations, and employee development while supervising HR interns and supporting a diverse, inclusive workplace.
