The Staff Accountant prepares journal entries and supports accounts payable, payroll, accounts receivable, project cost accounting, general ledger reconciliations, and audits. The role uses Financial Edge and Excel, maintains accurate accounting records, supports grant and government contract accounting, and ensures compliance with accounting procedures and GAAP. This is a hybrid position requiring periodic Sacramento-area office presence.

Manages day-to-day implementation of a statewide child sexual abuse training and technical assistance project. Coordinates partner outreach, research, interviews, curriculum development, training delivery, technical assistance, grant activities, reporting, and Train-the-Trainer replication across California.
