Lead environmental, health, and safety programs at a manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include safety training, hazard assessments, incident investigations, regulatory compliance, audits, documentation, environmental reporting, workers’ compensation support, risk mitigation, and EHS performance analysis. The role partners with operations, engineering, maintenance, HR, employees, contractors, and regulators to improve safety culture, compliance, sustainability, and workplace conditions across multiple facilities.

Leads environmental, health, and safety programs; ensures regulatory compliance; conducts audits and incident investigations; manages hazardous waste, industrial hygiene, ergonomics, training, emergency preparedness, and EHS metrics. Partners with operations, HR, legal, and engineering to improve safety culture, sustainability, and risk management. Supervises EHS staff and supports environmental reporting and climate disclosures.

Directs manufacturing operations across two plastics and packaging facilities, overseeing safety, compliance, staffing, budgeting, production scheduling, quality, delivery, asset management, and continuous improvement. Leads lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, capital projects, workforce development, and performance metrics while ensuring products meet customer and regulatory standards.
