Provides litigation and case-management support to multiple attorneys, including drafting pleadings, legal memoranda, discovery materials, subpoenas, and correspondence. Organizes records and invoices, follows up on outstanding documentation, reviews materials for relevance and privilege, conducts legal research using Lexis Advance, supports mediation and trial preparation, and manages a high-volume caseload and billing processes.

Provides administrative and legal support to multiple attorneys in an insurance defense practice. Responsibilities include preparing and proofreading legal documents, managing calendars, filing court documents, maintaining client files, assisting with billing, communicating with clients and courts, conducting basic legal research, and supporting discovery and trial preparation.
