Supports attorneys in litigation and case management by drafting legal documents, organizing records, managing discovery, conducting legal research, coordinating mediation and trial preparation, and maintaining case files. The role manages a high-volume caseload, follows court and e-filing procedures, tracks billing processes, and provides administrative and legal support to multiple attorneys.

Supports attorneys in insurance defense litigation by drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, correspondence, and legal memoranda; managing records, invoices, filings, deadlines, and a high-volume caseload. Conducts case law research using Lexis Advance, reviews documents for relevance and privilege, follows up on records, maintains document-management systems, and assists with mediation and trial preparation.

Manage a diverse general liability insurance defense caseload from intake through resolution. Perform legal research, draft pleadings and briefs, handle discovery, represent clients at hearings, depositions, and trials, collaborate with partners and experts, and meet a 1,950-hour annual billable requirement.
