Lead and manage complex workers' compensation and insurance defense matters from intake through trial. Supervise attorneys and staff, advise clients, conduct legal research and drafting, handle discovery, motions, mediations, trials, and courtroom advocacy. Participate in hiring, budgeting, compliance, and firm strategy. Maintain required annual billable hours.

Manage a general liability insurance defense caseload from intake through resolution, handling legal research, drafting pleadings and briefs, discovery, depositions, arbitrations, trial preparation, and client collaboration while meeting a 1,950-hour annual billable requirement.

Provide litigation support to multiple attorneys: draft pleadings and discovery, manage high-volume caseloads, organize records and invoices, perform case law research, prepare for mediation/trial, and use the firms document management and billing systems.
