Administer and support cloud, identity, server, network, firewall, telephony, and end-user environments. Resolve escalated technical issues, automate repetitive processes through scripting, document configurations, monitor performance, maintain security standards, coordinate with vendors, and lead system implementations across agency locations.

Coordinates organization-wide quality improvement initiatives across nonprofit service programs. Applies Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, root cause analysis, PDSA cycles, and data analysis to improve workflows, compliance, outcomes, and client experience. Facilitates cross-functional workgroups, develops performance measures and reports, supports research and evaluation, documents procedures, and coaches staff on quality improvement tools and data interpretation.

Provides IPS-supported employment and education services to individuals with mental health challenges. Responsibilities include assessing goals, developing career plans, conducting employer outreach, supporting job applications and retention, assisting with education and financial aid, coordinating accommodations, collaborating with treatment teams and vocational rehabilitation counselors, documenting services, and meeting OOD billing and outcome targets.
