Provides direct care to skilled nursing facility residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, vital signs, charting, restorative programs, meals, appointments, transportation, call lights, and admissions. Communicates with the care team, maintains resident dignity and safety, follows dietary and regulatory requirements, completes required training, and performs services within the CNA scope of practice.

The Occupational Therapist Assistant provides direct rehab care to patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, following treatment plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining communication with healthcare team members.

Assist Physical Therapists in providing rehabilitative therapy to patients, ensuring compliance with regulations, documenting progress, and adjusting treatments as necessary.
