Provide direct nursing care for residents in a skilled nursing facility (PRN/part-time), including wound assistance, admissions/transfers, medication administration, documentation, care-plan review, communication with physicians and families, and maintaining required training.

Provide direct resident care in a skilled nursing facility: assist with ADLs, take and record vitals, prepare rooms/admissions, support therapy and meals, perform charting, carry out restorative programs, respond to call lights, ensure dietary compliance, maintain required training, and follow charge staff directions and regulatory protocols.

Assist Physical Therapists in providing rehabilitative therapy to patients, ensuring compliance with regulations, documenting progress, and adjusting treatments as necessary.
