The Occupational Therapist Assistant provides direct rehab care to patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, following treatment plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining communication with healthcare team members.

Prepare and maintain 24-hour nursing department schedules, recruit and call in nursing staff, handle staff replacements and policy reporting. Manage central supply ordering, receiving, inventory, storage, invoice and purchase order processing, vendor returns, and procurement documentation in accordance with policies.

Assist Physical Therapists in providing rehabilitative therapy to patients, ensuring compliance with regulations, documenting progress, and adjusting treatments as necessary.
