Teams at The Center at Foresight

Provide food-service support including serving meals, tray setup and delivery, dishwashing, cleaning, basic food prep, portion control, and following dietary procedures and safety protocols. Coordinate with dietitian and other staff, maintain cleanliness, and assist with inventory and special meal preparations.

Provide direct, personalized hands-on care to residents, assist with mobility and daily living, communicate needs to the care team, follow care plans, and work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and emergency call-backs. Maintain dignity and comfort for residents in a fast-paced environment.

Manage day-to-day clinical operations of a nursing unit: lead and mentor staff, ensure evidence-based patient care, monitor quality metrics, manage budgets and staffing, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
