Processes and verifies placement, payment, and data update files using established import and export procedures. Maintains processing instructions, logs daily activity, updates operational reports, identifies inconsistencies, and communicates issues to internal stakeholders. Provides backup support to colleagues while ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent production operations. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, and adaptability.

Processes and recovers payment for commercial, government, workers’ compensation, motor vehicle, and other liability medical claims for hospital clients. Investigates claims, identifies payers, gathers documentation, coordinates benefits, negotiates reimbursement, appeals claims, maintains accounts receivable inventory, and communicates with patients, payers, attorneys, employers, and hospitals while protecting confidential information under HIPAA.

Reviews consumer correspondence, bankruptcy documents, and credit bureau disputes; investigates account information; submits corrections through e-OSCAR; fulfills consumer copy requests; documents account actions; and maintains compliance with FDCPA, state, and federal regulations.
