Balance servicing existing customers and warm inbound leads with proactive prospecting, networking, quoting, upselling, and closing new business. Use company digital tools and support to drive revenue, meet growth targets, and build long-term customer relationships.

Provide world-class customer service by processing orders, tracking shipments, resolving issues, maintaining CRM records, coordinating with sales/warehouse/logistics, and recommending products to drive repeat business and satisfaction.

Provide exceptional customer service and support account management tasks including quoting, order management, CRM upkeep, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Build customer relationships, collaborate with internal teams (logistics, purchasing, accounting, warehouse), meet sales and responsiveness goals, and stay informed on products and market trends to improve customer satisfaction and drive account growth.
