Supports product onboarding, item setup, product data and documentation management, market research, sourcing, supplier communications, product launches, assortment expansion, and process improvement. The role analyzes product information, coordinates with cross-functional teams, tracks product projects, and supports category growth initiatives.

Provide responsive customer support through phone and email, process orders and quotes, track deliveries, coordinate with sales, purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and suppliers, resolve customer issues, maintain accurate records, and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and recommend relevant products. The role is onsite and requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.

Identifies customer growth opportunities through sales, ecommerce, CRM, and purchasing data analysis. The role develops cross-sell, upsell, retention, win-back, and online engagement initiatives while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, Customer Service, and leadership. Responsibilities include building reports and dashboards, presenting recommendations, tracking campaign performance, and using AI solutions to uncover trends. A structured 5–6 month trainee program provides broad exposure before transitioning into the coordinator position.
