Serve as a strategic HR partner to operational leaders across a multi-state healthcare organization, advising on employee relations, performance management, compliance, talent development, onboarding, HRIS transactions, leave administration, workforce planning, and engagement. Lead investigations, drive performance improvement, analyze HR metrics, and support organizational initiatives to foster a positive, high-performing culture.

Maintain accurate financial records, prepare journal entries and accruals, reconcile balance sheet and cash accounts, support month-end close, assist accounts payable, fixed asset tracking, audits, tax filings, and financial reporting to ensure compliance and reliable financial information.
