Lead clinical excellence across multiple hospice locations by supporting clinical operations, regulatory compliance, survey readiness, staff education, and quality improvement. Conduct site visits and audits, coach clinical leaders, develop corrective action plans, and collaborate with executive teams to improve patient care and key performance indicators.
