Processes residential mortgage applications for compliance, accuracy, and timely underwriting. Coordinates communication among mortgage loan officers, customers, underwriters, and vendors; orders verification and underwriting services; reviews disclosures and documentation; obtains missing information; and prepares preliminary loan packages. The role also responds to inquiries, maintains mortgage-processing knowledge, and uses Microsoft Office and web-based lending systems.

Provides first- and second-tier support for digital banking applications, manages support tickets and user access, monitors incidents, maintains documentation and reports, coordinates with vendors, supports audits and reconciliations, and participates in testing, system updates, and departmental projects. Mentors junior analysts and helps maintain cybersecurity and fraud-prevention awareness.

Supports investment advisors by processing securities and annuity transactions, opening and maintaining client accounts, managing compliance files, coordinating with back-office and product providers, preparing reports, handling customer requests, scheduling appointments, and monitoring transfers and required minimum distributions. The role also maintains records, supports client communications, promotes investment services, assists with estate and tax-related account matters, and completes required licensing and continuing education.

The role involves developing and managing commercial lending relationships, overseeing loan portfolios, conducting credit analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Lead design and build of Snowflake-native medallion data architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, master data and governance, and an enterprise semantic layer. Partner with Finance to produce reliable financial data products, optimize performance/cost, enforce data quality and compliance, mentor junior engineers, and support AI use cases and observability.

Manages investment accounts and develops strategies to meet investment goals. Oversees portfolio performance and ensures compliance with financial regulations. Engages in business development and promotes bank products.

Serve as a trusted HR partner to business leaders, supporting workforce planning, full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policy implementation, HR systems usage, change initiatives, and colleague engagement across the bank.
