Perform manual seafood processing tasks moving product through production lines: offloading, sorting, butchering, filleting, trimming, weighing, packing, operating plant machinery/forklift, inspecting, loading/freezing, and sanitizing. Work 12-hour shifts, day or night, handling cold, wet, noisy conditions and seasonal production variability.

Perform manual seafood processing tasks including offloading, sorting, butchering, filleting, trimming, inspecting, packaging, operating plant machinery and forklifts, loading/unloading, sanitizing work areas, and following safety procedures. Work is seasonal and may require long, unpredictable hours while living onsite in communal bunkhouses.

Seasonal port engineer/machinist responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing seafood processing equipment, conveyors, hydraulics, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and vessel support systems. Perform preventive maintenance, minor welding/fabrication, diagnostics in shop and field, maintain service records and inventory, coordinate with production, and respond to routine and emergency maintenance during the May–September season.
