Manage full sales cycle for high-ticket fashion and sponsorship packages—handle inbound leads, execute targeted outbound, qualify, present, close, and hand off to onboarding. Maintain strict HubSpot pipeline hygiene, follow a 7×7 cadence, collaborate with marketing/production, and travel for event weeks as needed to meet aggressive quota and multi-event bundle goals.

Coordinate backstage operations for all fashion shows: manage model check-ins and lineups, oversee hair and makeup schedules, communicate with designers and production, maintain schedules and production documents, travel to every event and support event logistics and leadership projects.

Sell Fashion Week opportunities by converting inbound leads, performing consultative discovery, negotiating and closing deals, maintaining pipeline in HubSpot, executing targeted outbound prospecting, and collaborating with marketing and production to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
