Processes bi-weekly payroll by entering employee and wage changes, verifying time and attendance data, correcting time-clock issues, answering payroll questions, distributing reports and checks, and supporting the Payroll Manager. Research and prospect for new group business opportunities, qualify leads, gather meeting and event details, maintain accurate CRM records, and submit promising opportunities to sales leadership. The role supports occupancy and revenue goals by generating qualified leads that convert into room nights and bookings during key need periods. It requires strong communication, organization, research, analytical, and relationship-building skills, with collaboration across the resort’s sales team.
