Provide attentive, hospitable table service in a full-service restaurant: take orders, serve food and beverages, process payments, maintain cleanliness and safety, perform sidework, and ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Prepare and plate menu items on a fast-paced line following recipes, portion and safety standards; maintain workstation cleanliness, track food waste, accommodate guest requests, and complete assigned side work. Maintain food safety knowledge and certifications.

Hiring cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, and seafood/market clerks for full- and part-time back-of-house roles. Duties include food prep, cooking, dishwashing, teamwork, and maintaining composure in a fast-paced service. Food Handler Certification required.
