Leads agency-wide training and staff development for behavioral health and supportive housing programs. Designs and delivers trauma-informed, recovery-oriented curricula; manages the training calendar, records, and effectiveness reporting; updates programs based on needs, incidents, and regulatory changes; participates in clinical case reviews; supervises a Training Specialist; and collaborates across departments to support quality improvement, compliance, and continuous learning.

Manages HRIS and other external software systems supporting HR, Finance, MIS, and operational departments. Maintains data accuracy, position controls, integrations, reporting, custom functions, user support, onboarding, credentialing, and technology access. Collaborates with senior leadership to improve organization-wide data management and operational efficiency.

Welcomes tenants, manages leases and rent invoicing, supports rent collection and payment reconciliation, maintains court and recertification records, processes applicant documentation, handles calls and correspondence, and performs general administrative duties in a property management setting.
