Own IT infrastructure and end-user support for the New Zealand operation. Responsibilities include managing networks, servers, VPNs, firewalls, virtualization, backups, hardware, user access, endpoint security, render infrastructure, vendors, procurement, assets, budgets, documentation, and onboarding. The role provides hands-on troubleshooting for Windows environments and creative production technology while aligning local systems with global IT standards.

Manage digital production projects from planning through delivery, including scope, schedules, meetings, backlogs, resource allocation, budgets, team collaboration, progress monitoring, change requests, status reporting, and project closure. The role coordinates internal teams and contractors, maintains accurate project information, resolves issues, and ensures timely delivery of high-profile architecture, 3D, and PropTech projects.
