Lead strategic relationships with high-value GCC accounts, owning retention, growth, cross-selling, commercial opportunities, delivery governance, escalations, account planning, and service excellence. Partner with business development, project management, production, creative, finance, and regional leadership teams to align client needs with delivery and commercial priorities. Mentor client-services professionals, improve processes and systems, maintain account intelligence, and support proposals, pitches, onboarding, and continuous service improvement.
