Leads outsourced accounting and financial management services for nonprofit clients. Oversees financial reporting, accounting operations, internal controls, client onboarding, process improvements, and multiple engagements. Advises client leadership, manages relationships, mentors staff, delegates work, ensures quality and deadlines, and supports accounting technology implementation. Requires progressive accounting leadership experience, nonprofit expertise, strong communication and project-management skills, and preferably public accounting or outsourced-services experience.

Leads government and municipal consulting engagements involving accounting, financial management, internal audit, compliance, and operational advisory services. Manages client relationships, presents analyses and recommendations to public-sector leaders, supports business development, ensures engagement quality, and mentors staff. Requires at least five years of New York State municipal accounting experience, strong knowledge of governmental regulations and compliance programs, excellent communication skills, and travel to client sites.

Provides onsite deskside, telephone, email, and walk-up technical support for firm users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, mobile devices, peripherals, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Windows 11; installing and configuring equipment; managing inventory; supporting video conferences; tracking tickets; and participating in on-call and seasonal extended-hour coverage.
