Oversees client relationships, engagement teams, service quality, profitability, and risk management while driving business development. Provides guidance on individual, fiduciary, estate, gift, partnership, and multistate taxation, develops future leaders, and shapes private wealth service offerings.

Leads complex tax compliance, planning, and consulting engagements for high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, estates, family offices, and related entities. Reviews individual and partnership returns, analyzes investment structures and multistate obligations, resolves technical tax issues, coordinates with external advisors, manages engagement budgets and deadlines, and mentors professional staff. The role also supports tax examinations, notices, process improvements, and client service delivery.

Manage high-net-worth client tax engagements, including compliance, preparation, research, planning, trust and estate filings, and wealth strategy. Develop advanced tax strategies involving investments, equity compensation, trusts, estates, and closely held businesses. Review working papers, manage budgets and deadlines, build client relationships, support business development, and mentor staff. The role requires accounting expertise, CPA or EA certification, tax software proficiency, and travel as needed.
