Provide outsourced accounting and bookkeeping services for multiple clients: prepare KPIs and management reports, produce monthly and annual financial statements, perform AP, reconciliations and work papers, standardize procedures, onboard and train clients/staff, manage and motivate team, handle urgent matters, use shared software and technology, manage projects, and ensure outstanding client satisfaction.
