Coordinates National Accounts projects from contract initiation through closeout, including purchase orders, manufacturer communication, equipment logistics, change orders, invoicing support, project tracking, service calls, inventory coordination, and customer-specific rollouts. The role also assists with estimating, bid preparation, documentation, and equipment testing while managing multiple deadlines and maintaining communication across customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Provides personalized support to national accounts by processing orders, maintaining open-order and backorder reports, coordinating restaurant opening deliveries, resolving fulfillment and logistics issues, supporting online ordering onboarding, and collaborating with warehouse, ecommerce, accounts receivable, and supply chain teams. The role also manages customer inquiries, invoices, credits, pricing, availability, and delivery updates while learning foodservice products and vendors.

Sells, designs, specifies, estimates, and prepares bids and quotes for commercial foodservice equipment projects. Builds relationships with architects, contractors, and foodservice operators while managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and working with job site conditions. Requires strong communication, project management, layout and design skills, computer proficiency, and willingness to travel.
