Assists with luggage, escorts guests to rooms, provides hotel information, logs and delivers packages and group deliveries, maintains bell carts and luggage areas, updates ShiftNote, and keeps the lobby organized. The role requires regular guest interaction, adherence to Forbes standards, professional presentation, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. It also involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Receives, inspects, counts, scans, and organizes incoming food, beverage, non-food, freight, and guest packages. Processes and approves invoices in an inventory control system, creates item records, generates receiving logs, and coordinates reorders with chefs and outlet managers. Delivers internal packages, repackages returned goods, communicates with vendors, and reports issues. Requires physical lifting, standing, evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

A twelve-month hospitality management training program rotating through finance, HR, marketing, revenue, sales, executive office support, reporting, and resort operations. The role supports daily operations, guest service, scheduling, inventory control, reporting, financial processes, and cross-functional initiatives while developing leadership skills. Candidates must demonstrate strong organization, communication, adaptability, discretion, teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Flexible availability for weekends and holidays is required.
