Staff Accountant supports accounts payable and receivable, prepares journal entries, budgets, forecasts, financial reports, reconciliations, inventory counts, and audit documentation. The role monitors gaming and non-gaming revenue and expenses, investigates variances, ensures GAAP and regulatory compliance, and maintains confidentiality. It requires collaboration with the Controller, CFO, auditors, and accounting staff, with occasional weekend, holiday, and evening work.

Performs daily audits of gaming and non-gaming operations to ensure accurate accounting, regulatory compliance, and adherence to internal controls. Reviews system documentation, identifies discrepancies, communicates exceptions to departments, maintains audit support records, and assists with research and resolution. The role requires confidentiality, strong mathematical and analytical skills, accurate data entry, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Weekend, evening, and holiday work may be required.
