Writes and edits persuasive proposal content, coordinates cross-functional contributors and partners, maintains proposal resources, and drives process improvements. Requires extensive federal healthcare proposal experience, strong writing and organizational skills, federal contracting knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Leads federal healthcare business development across HHS, NIH, CMS, and related agencies. Builds qualified pipelines, develops account and pursuit plans, manages customer and partner relationships, evaluates opportunities, supports capture and proposal efforts, conducts market intelligence, and maintains CRM and forecast data. Requires extensive federal healthcare market experience, procurement knowledge, strong communication skills, and relationships with government and industry stakeholders. This hybrid role includes periodic travel for customer meetings, conferences, partner engagements, and pursuit activities.

Leads corporate accounting and financial management, including regulatory reporting, budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, financial risk management, internal controls, audits, tax preparation, and financial performance reporting. Oversees finance staff and coordinates with divisional finance, HR, travel, and executive leadership teams. Ensures compliance with federal contracting regulations, including FAR, DCAA, and CAS, while advising executives on financial and operational efficiency.
